I am able to save money on my prescriptions which is great. The one problem is that you have to show the coupon to the pharmacist. They usually have to rewrite the perscription which takes some time. Also, for certain drugs, some pharmacies will not accept them. I then have to contact my doctor to send the perscription to a different pharmacy. I wish they would not list the pharmacy’s that don’t accept those drugs.”

The agent I spoke with was extremely helpful knowledgeable courteous patience was at the upmost highest level of the amount of questions I had and length of call I had she handled the call with professionalism and I felt her whole personality through the phone very kind person with great customer service skills which was the best part of my call and it’s rare these days to get good customer service with a person that actually enjoys their job so she was so good with my call that I was intrigued about working with the actual company besides the fact it’s a very good service that’s provided to us patients with no insurance it’s incredible the amount of money we save which is why I went further and signed up for a membership even though coupons are still available without a membership it’s just an added pro to obtain the membership if your getting meds every month and saving even more with gold prices or easily seeing a doctor for low prices cheaper then your job insurance it’s absolutely amazing plus shipping is cheaper but wish it was available for more meds not just a select few because some people need control meds which are harder to find so if they worked on making that easier to have in stock then this service is unstoppable because patients have the hardest times obtaining a control med in stock so if Goodrx expands their possibilities of home delivery for control meds that would definitely complete this service to provide every single aspect of helping patients with everything they struggle with but still I’m so happy with this service with everything it offers even having access to doctors and prescribing whatever their able too or another thing that can be better is you have to hope the price will be the same every month because sometimes I pay more last month then the next and it’s unpredictable with the prices changing depending when you fill so wish it wouldn’t change so much with surprise pricing each month but still happy I save something with no insurance so thank you for creating Goodrx
