I have been getting a specific…
I have been getting a specific medication from here for about two years. Now suddenly I am told that I have to go to my primary health provider. No explanation and terrible customer service.

In my case, they wrote off 17,000 points to me without even warning me about it.
In my case, points stopped being awarded, although I used their application. And now all the points have been written off without warning. I couldn't find their support team to clarify the information.

Hello there! If your account is inactive for 120 days, the points earned will expire. Your account is considered inactive if you have not used coupons, completed daily check-ins, or redeemed any rewards within a 120-day time period. If this was not the case, please give us a call at 888-799-2553, so we may investigate further.
