I know they have good reviews here but this is my first experience with them. My attempt to redeem a GoodRx coupon at Rite Aid turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite the coupon promising a $2 price, the staff at store insisted they won’t take coupon at this price, and the second clarified that it required a prescription for the over-the-counter medication. It felt like a wasted time, and I'm now hesitant to trust GoodRx again. Additionally, my experience with their customer service was disappointing, with language barriers and misinformation adding to the frustration. Walmart seems like a better alternative moving forward.
