I was frustrated with the high eye drops medication cost for my recent eye surgery that I could not afford. After using GoodRX coupon my $500 prescriptions cost was reduced in half. GoodRx changed my card info and I gave my pharmacy the new info. Then GoodRx changed it back to the original card info but did not inform me. All script prices were changed and were a lot higher. It took numerous calls to you and the pharmacy to get it all back to were it was originally. Why was it changed and why was I not informed about this?
