I’ve been somewhat satisfied
I’ve been satisfied with their service, until I experienced abdominal pain. I tried to contact the provider through the texting service and nobody answered back to me. I was very disappointed about that.

Scheduled an appointment because I’m a brand new teacher and 2 weeks away from benefits being active
Scheduled an appointment because I’m a new teacher and benefits don’t kick in until September 1. Wet Cough, headache, sore throat, body aches. I tested at home negative for Covid and flu. I requested a steroid pack and antibiotics after being diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. She gave me nothing. When I reached back out and asked again for antibiotics and steroid pack she told me to go to my PCP. So it was a waste of money and the last time I will use them.
