I appreciated the pricing and fast…
I appreciated the pricing and fast appointments with providers when I was on GLP1. The responses were also quick. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

They keep charging me even when discontinuing my treatment
They keep charging me every month for my “free trial” period. I have discontinued my treatment, membership, and all my plans, but still am getting charged. When I try to delete my entire account it does not let me. I called customer service to help me delete the account but they were not able to help at the time apparently.

We have closed the second account and removed your card information from our system. We will be providing you with a refund, but please note refunds can take 5-10 business days to complete.

GoodRX can’t send me a price approval link
I’ve contacted customer support on the phone multiple times as well as customer support chat multiple times. When I did my check in I did not receive the price approval link. So my prescription did not go through fully. Nobody can seem to fix this issue. Tomorrow I will take my last shot and I hope I can find more medicine by next Saturday. I may have to just cancel my subscription with GoodRX because nobody can seem to fix this and nobody will let me speak to a supervisor
