Had a UTI coming on fast. My GYN couldn't see me until the next day, three "mediquick" places couldn't get me in for hours and the one that could wanted a minimum of $400. Out of desperation, I googled options and GoodMDs came up. I filled out a quick intake form, chose my preferred medication and within 45 min had a prescription ready at my pharmacy. The whole experience took less than an hour and cost me under $60 including meds. This experience COULD NOT have been better.

Already disappointed with the customer care. It only took 40 seconds for them to withdraw my money from my account but 20 minutes later and I don't have a confirmation email. The lady on the phone was very dismissive, uninformative and unhelpful and could only tell me to wait longer for a confirmation email, the one that is apparently supposed to come in 5 minutes. Wasn't able to connect me with anyone helpful who could confirm in real time what was going on with my poor person money so I will give it another 10 minutes before disputing the claim.

Very easy to use, fast results, no need to rush to get to an appointment, they answered the phone anytime I called, will continue to use them, have told friends and family about them.

Made it possible for me to get antibiotics for an oral abcess. I work very long hours, and I wouldn't have been able to make it to a clinic for at least another week. Thank goodness for this service! My abcess cleared up much more quickly than it would have without them.
