Quick easy convenient

I was given the option to pay $20 more to have a prescription of ibuprofen 600 for tooth pain. I opted for the the script but when I went to the pharmacy they advised that it was not called in. I wrote an email letting your team know, only to be matched with the comment “next time seek treatment from your pcp”. My pcp doesn’t treat tooth infections and my dentist isn’t open on weekends after hours which is why I resorted to using your site. I decided to look back on the last couple of years when I had used your site and noticed that every time I opted for the ibuprofen, it wasn’t received at the pharmacy, although I paid for the option on your site. I did receive a refund for this last time, but I won’t be returning in the future because of the snarky comments made in the email by your team.

Fast response to the pharmacy with the prescription!

I was needing a prescription on short notice, after filling out the online form, which was thankfully short, they were able to get it to the pharmacy quickly and prior to the pharmacy closing, for which I was so grateful. They really saved the day/night!
