I have placed 2 orders through Good Life Meds. Their service and shipping are super quick and their customer service is great! I had some questions about my most recent order and Bianca answered right away and was super helpful!

*Update* Rose from Goodlife meds contacted me shortly after my review. She was amazing, courteous and very helpful. She corrected the problem by providing the correct meds which i received the next day. I'll definitely be a return customer now. ☆☆☆☆☆ My first order was Tirzepatide 6 months purchased went perfectly. On my second order after answering the questions they sent me 6 months of semiglutide. After many emails the Dr told me there's nothing he can do because the system would only allow him to issue semiglutide. I spent nearly $1500 and they won't do anything to help..I have eat $1500 because semiglutide makes me sick ZERO STARS

I received my first vial of Tirzepatide from Good Life about a week ago. I put the vial in the same place in the refrigerator as I put the two other vials I have. It froze. I didn’t know what to think. I google frozen Tirzepatide. All the articles said it was no good and to throw it away. I immediately contacted Good Life and told them what had happened. I was very upset because that’s a whole months supply possibly gone and I really couldn’t afford to replace it right now. Customer service contacted the pharmacy and said they would let me know what they said. Before the pharmacy even replied, Good Life Customer Service told me that they would send me a new vial, free of charge, if the pharmacy couldn’t help me. A bit later Good Life sent me a copy of the guidelines from the pharmacy. My meds are still good. My main point I want to reiterate is that Good Life was willing to help me and send me a new vial at no charge if needed. This was no error of their own either! I will be staying with Good Life until till the end of my journey. Their professionalism and their compassion is second to none and I’m thankful that I found this trustworthy and caring company. Hello - I have signed up for GLM hoping I could get my medication at home and not have to go in person to take my vitamins. They were very quick to take my money and approve my treatment WHEN I got an email on HOW the medication was going to be injected. They are sending me a MASSIVE needle when in the past - I had injected the same medication with a tiny needle. I’ve contacted customer service which has been absolutely NO HELP and meanwhile they have charged me and sent the medication to the pharmacy WITHOUT checking with me before if the method THEY picked was ok with me. There was absolutely NO information prior that such needle was going to be used. It’s been a total of 5 days. The doc is NO WHERE to be found, no one can answer me and now I have a medication sitting in my refrigerator that most likely I will have to trash since none of them can confirm my dosage. Honestly - go to HERS! It’s wild that the doc hasn’t been able to get back to me, customer service is only helpful BEFORE and during taking your money! I am aware that this was a self injected medication but believe me - I did receive any info that it was found to be into my right with a 1.5 inches NEEDLE lol - otherwise I’d have said absolutely NO! I’ve always managed my own injections with a small needle since that’s what I am most comfortable with. No options were given or mentioned before they automatically approved it and now all the answers are: oh well! Nah! HERS is DEF the best option here! PS: customer service just got back to me and said: yeah, docs answer in 24 hours but I don’t know why this is happening Lololol Avoid this place at all cost!

Ordered on Monday and my medication was delivered on Wednesday! Packaged very well with ice packs. Super impressed.
