Customer service is lacking
Customer service is lacking. After you sign up and start the meds, they cancel your auto fill and raise the price without telling you. Took the meds for 3 months, it didn't work.

By far the best online GLP1 clinic I’ve used, and I’ve pretty much used them all. I completed a medical questionnaire on Jan 7, received doctor approval on Jan 8, and received my medication in a well insulated package today, Jan 9. In addition to the efficiency, they also offer pure medication without additives. Lastly, their site discloses the two pharmacies they use which I thought was nice to see. I’ll continue using them for future purchases. Well done Good Life!

The "doctor" automatically approves the order and even prior to "approval" by the doctor, you cannot cancel the order. I tried canceling after I read more on their shady practices. Absolutely a predatory company.

Good Life Meds, LLC is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and currently holds an F rating due to unresolved complaints. While they claim their medications come from an FDA-licensed manufacturer, compounded medications aren't directly regulated by the FDA. Some concerns have been raised about their practices, so it's best to be cautious and consult with a healthcare provider and consider more reputable, accredited pharmacies. Chat GPT

Meds (semaglutide) worked! Arrived in cold packaging and the delivery was fast. Easy process from start to finish.

I switched to Good Life Meds from Trava Health because of the Tirzepitide going up in price every month. I like the Good Life Meds website better and their discount coupon HAPPY50. However, my first shipment did not go well. It took almost two weeks to arrive in Chicago and several messages to customer support which helped to speed things up. On January 1, 2026, Good Life tried to withdraw $350 from my debit card although I did not sign up for a subscription. So again I had to contact customer service to cancel the order. I keep my account lean for that reason. So today January 5, 2026, I been shopping online for another GLP supplier and everyone is getting greedy. So I ordered from Good Meds and with my coupon I paid $299. On the positive side, I was glad to find I could order Tirzepatide pure because the B12 gives me a rash. Do not add the expensive supplements Good Life offers like: ZOFRAN for nausea or vomiting NAD: to improve energy , cellular repair, and brain fog SERMORELIN: stimulates growth hormone release All of them have very modest effects and cost a lot of money so skip these. Bottom line, Tirzepatide is effective in losing weight and Good Life is the lowest price I found so far. So I recommend caution on the unauthorized charges.
