Along with being satisfied with my treatments, the customer service is wonderful! Every time I've had a question (from shipping to dosages) and submitted it, the responses have been quick and thorough. That's a big plus for my anxiety. I've never closed a conversation feeling let down or confused. Bravo to their customer support!!

Rip off and robbery. They had my credit card info and I cancelled the provider visit. They proceeded with a "provider visit" that I never attended, participated in or was allowed to make inquiry about as I cancelled. Then I am being charged for my non-cancellable pharmacy order on my credit card and told I can't cancel. I never even got a chance to participate. What medical provider behaves like this

Shipping has always been fast and reliable, and their communication is excellent. Any time I’ve had a question—whether about the medication itself or dosage adjustments—their response time has been quick and helpful. Overall, a great experience and a company I feel confident using.

Appetite suppression has been great. Hungry enough to eat balanced, nutritious meals, but suppressed enough to not want to raid the pantry after everyone else goes to bed.
