I love that everything is very straight forward. There are no hidden costs. Being completely honest this service is best for people that have experience with glp medications because you know what to expect. You don't have video check in with a clinician so that may be difficult for someone that does not know what to expect. You may give up too soon. With that said the clinicians respond promptly to email. I've never had a problem with communication. This service has been a life saver because even though I have a prescription from my doctor the medication has been out of stock for months. I'm thankful I'm able to continue my therapy without the stress of wondering if this month it will be out of stock.
