Good life meds has changed my life for the better. I’m on the semi glue tide program and I have lost 30 pounds and I’m so much healthier. The doctors are very thorough and really care about your health. They leave detailed messages and respond very quickly. It’s very easy to follow the program. And their customer service is Absolutely impeccable. Anytime I send a message to customer service or one of the doctors. I get a response in less than 24 hours usually the same day and a few hours. There’s so many frauds out there, but this is definitely not one. Good meds is a wonderful program. There’s no lake of your information and your information is secure.

Great communication, fast responses

Although my first shipment in April ‘24 arrived after 5 days and was warm with ice pack melted, the medication still worked well. I attribute the shipping delay due to UPS plus the melted ice packets due to small sizes no cardboard box, and no insulated packing. Importantly, the next month started MUCH IMPROVED PACKAGING and timely delivery. That has persisted for the following 5 months and I am now down 53 lbs on a current dose of 12.5. Having a little nausea first 3 days but probably due to adjusting to increased dose. It’s still tolerable and has helped me continue to lose a steady wt loss of 2# per week. Wow what a difference in being 198 vs 252#!!! Thank you to the Doctors, and compounding pharmacy in Texas which is listed in the Texas Pharmacy Compliance list and it is authorized to ship to CA from my experience. My success and recommendations have recruited 3 current, new customers with tirzepatide at Good Life Meds. Re Customer Service, I requested a discount code of 10% to feel appreciated for my loyalty and marketing, but was only offered the $25 reward card for this review. Every customer can get that. It’s essentially a 5% discount, at my current monthly cost. Customer service Doesn’t make me feel valued at all for my referrals from friend community. I’ve re-requested a discount code if 10% and am hopeful it will be considered. I feel that’s reasonable and if not appreciated, I’ll probably discontinue my proselytizing for this company. However, their intake process, Dr Contact and pharmacy services are exemplary and I plan to continue using this business personally since its professional performance is impressive to me.

Easy and fast. Was able to fill out the questionnaire and talk with a Dr the same day. By the end of the day I had a treatment plan and prescription!
