I had a question regarding the dosage of my medication. I went to the chat and spoke with Bianca, she was extremely supportive and helpful. She was able to navigate my inquiry and have it corrected. She also told me what the next steps were going be so I wasn’t left confused. I really appreciated all of her helpful support.

**DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY** They promoted 1000mg of NAD+ for a total of $121 after a Mother's Day discount. However, when you're prescribed they'll "prescribe" you 100mg. So you're thinking you're getting 1000 when 100 is all they'll prescribe. So I canceled my membership immediately and am trying to get my money back ASAP. They have really crappy refund policies and you may not get through to a live agent when you call. REPLYING TO THEIR REPLY - Your marketing is deceptive. No one is doing major math conversions when shopping for the best product. And why didnt you keep the same number on the scrip that you did on the marketing? Why didn't the customer service rep who emailed me back say that they only go up to 100mg instead of giving me the same math you did? No mention of per dose vs per vial... DECEPTIVE MARKETING
