The customer service from GoodDog itself has been great-personal emails and recommendations, hasty replies-but from the breeders themselves I haven't gotten great communication and I've waiting upwards of 2 weeks with no reply.

so far my interactions with good dog have been very positive. we are expecting puppies in may, so i will have more info then.

We were looking for a reputable dog breeder in our area, which we did through Good Dog, which we had never heard of before I went on line & found them so I looked into, contacted the breeder and now we are waiting for our new puppy to be ready to come to our home ! This process was great, the breeder was very warm & welcoming, could not have been nicer, I think this service through Good Dog, was a good idea, I would recommend this service for anyone who is looking for a good breeder as well as a good experience. I am glad this service was there for us.

I couldn’t be more pleased with good dog. It is very user friendly and I love the fact that there is support behind the scenes to assist as well. Good dog gives confidence to the buyer and seller. Love it!!

I have had tremendous success in placing my Papillon puppies with wonderful homes. This site allows me to vet potential homes. I appreciate having a forum that offers a secure venue for people who want to secure a puppy with a deposit, eliminating exposure to the bad guy scammers.

I’m happy there’s a platform that helps buyers. So many scammers out there; with Good Dog I felt I was protected if the breeder wasn’t true to his word. Deposits are made through the Good dog platform. The Good dog staff monitor transactions between breeders and sellers. I had an issue with a breeder. Good dog told me to work it out with the breeder and they would step in and help if needed. Well they did just that when it was needed and now I’m working with another breeder on this platform. It’s comforting to know buyers have support and breeders do the right thing. If not, Good dog mediates. Unfortunately sometimes that’s necessary and appreciated.

We were searching for a Cavadore and found there were very limited breeders out there but thanks to your site we were able to find Prebleridge Acres and the most lovely and accessible breeder. Good Dog provided ample information about the dog and the breeder and facilitated payment. We are thrilled with our puppy and experience

We were matched with a local breeder that has been very attentive and informative on each stage of our litter. We get regular videos of how our new puppy is growing and will be able to chose our puppy soon! I highly recommend this service!
