We found our perfect puppy, Rex, on Good Dog. We had an amazing experience and Big Timber Bassets & Bloodhounds was absolutely wonderful. The owner, Lexi, is super responsive and you can tell she truly cares about her puppies. She kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and was professional and kind. If you are looking for a healthy and happy basset or bloodhound, we highly recommend Big Timber Bassets & Bloodhounds!

I was looking for a second puppy after the death of my cockapoo companion of 14 years and found Emily and Sugar and Spice. I was determined to find an ethical breeder and certainly found that in Emily. Most important to me was her frankness about what she felt would and wouldn’t work for me and my unique circumstances — there was no rush to sale. She not only let me think seriously about my decision, she encouraged me to do so. She takes the health and well-being of each beautiful puppy seriously and goes the extra mile to make sure she is passing on healthy, happy, well-socialized pups. I am eager to write this review, in part, because, with Emily’s support and assistance, I decided to go a completely different direction — different breed, rescue not well-bred pup — but will be recommending Emily and Sugar and Spice to anyone looking to adopt one of the absolute best dogs in the world.

I was looking to purchase a Dutch Shepherd from a reputable breeder. I found just that on Good-dog. Mike and Jennifer are extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional and willing to work with you no matter the situation. I have had my puppy now for 2-weeks and she was everything I was looking for. If you’re looking for a breeder that knows what they’re doing and will listen to your needs, reach out to Our Shepherds L.L.C. FYI, if you pay on good-dog website, they will charge you 10%.

I like the platform and what they offer breeders and families. It is just ironic Good Dog can request reviews from breeders and families for their platform but the breeder is not eligible for Owner Stories (reviews) unless the full payments go through Good Dog. A number of families deposit through Good Dog but want to see the puppy and pay the balance in person. Good Dog won't trigger reviews for those so the breeder is penalized. That needs addressed please. Reviews benefit everyone.
