Exactly what we wanted. Works with our Aria bases we already had. Glad I saved the money.

It brings me immense joy to be able to write this review. We had a fantastic experience with GoodBuy Gear. We purchased an open-box Cybex PRIAM Lux Carry Cot, and unfortunately it arrived with a manufacturing defect that prevented it from being assembled safely. My wife and I contacted customer support, and we were subsequently contacted by Victoria who was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She helped us navigate filing a claim, kept us updated every step of the way, and arranged for a replacement almost immediately. The replacement arrived quickly, works perfectly, and we weren't even asked to return the defective item. When you're buying baby gear, customer service really matters. For us this was our very first time buying a baby stroller and GoodBuy Gear stood behind their product, resolved the issue without any hassle, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. We'll definitely shop with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality baby gear and outstanding customer support.

This made our whole team smile! We're sorry the Carry Cot gave you trouble right out of the gate, but so glad Victoria was able to step in and turn things around fast. Stress-free baby gear shopping is exactly what we're going for, especially for first-time stroller parents! Thanks for the kind words and for recommending us, we're so glad you'll be back.

Products are affordable for the brand name items. No damage to the open not used products I got.

Kristen was amazing in helping me with an issue! I bought an item months ago for my daughter and she just opened it recently and it was damaged. GoodBuy Gear has a 14 day policy so I would highly recommend checking items within that timeframe. However, Kristen made things right with me and I truly appreciate it! I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you!!
