GoodBuy Gear customer service is great! One of the things I ordered was defective and they sent out a new one and allowed me to donate the defective one. The other pieces I ordered were in great condition and what I was looking for.

They aren’t perfect but I do feel they genuinely have customers in mind. This is my 3rd baby ordering from them, and the first time I’ve experienced issues. Two orders back to back were missing a piece and then the wrong items all together but both times they worked hard to make it right. Not only that but they were timely about it too. With a little more attention to detail they’re a 5 star company.

Customer service is great when things go wrong. Prices and quality of goods are unbeatable. I’ve been a customer of GoodBuy Gear for almost a year now and plan to continue shopping here.

This is my second order from GoodBuy Gear. The first order was exactly as described and arrived on time. The second order was a stroller. I did not receive the item I purchased, but a lesser priced model. I contacted their customer service dept, and was approved for a no-charge return and refund. I asked if I could receive a partial refund of the difference between the two strollers, and I would keep the one I received. They agreed and immediately processed a partial refund. I found their customer service department to be very responsive and easy to deal with to help remedy this order mix-up.
