I ordered a mockingbird stroller with canopy. The stroller came (it was an open box purchase) and it is fine but there was no canopy. I have tried to contact the company through their requested link with pictures and bar codes of what is missing as well as with a separate email regarding the issue. All I've gotten in response is two emails that say my product was shipped and delivered. No acknowledgment of the missing canopy. I cannot take a newborn out in a stroller without a canopy. I’m updating my review to 4 stars because after I finally got in touch with someone via email they very quickly responded and sent me a canopy.

customer service is top-notch. They sell items at a great price even though sometimes I've gotten sent wrong items or missing ones before. But they are quickly amenable and able to solve things. Basically what they promise and advertise is all true! Glad to be able to buy secondhand from them!

Overall, I had a very positive experience with GoodBuy Gear. Unfortunately, my original stroller package was lost by the carrier, which meant I had to wait longer than expected and accept a replacement in a different color. While that was disappointing, GoodBuy Gear’s customer support was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and kept me informed while working to resolve the issue. Once the replacement was approved, it arrived in just 3 days. The packaging was perfect, and the stroller exceeded my expectations. It arrived in the original manufacturer’s box with all documentation and packaging intact. The condition was significantly better than I expected based on the website description, honestly, it was completely brand new. Even though there was a shipping issue outside of their control, the way GoodBuy Gear handled it left me very satisfied. I would definitely consider purchasing from them again.
