I ordered an open-box Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair With Baby Set, Natural 2. We were unable to assemble it due to the side pieces being defected (screw holes were placed incorrectly). I submitted a claim and Victoria got back to me and was very helpful. She was able to offer me a partial refund to order the replacement parts or order the parts on their behalf. She provided me updates and a tracking number once she received it. Great experience with GoodBuy Gear! Excellent customer service!

I received a baby item that was packaged in a way that damaged the product. When I contacted the company with my concerns they immediately sent a replacement, and the customer service rep Victoria was exceptionally kind. As a pregnant person I think my situation was handled with a lot of care and consideration. Thank you to all involved in resolving my issue <3

I cannot express how much I appreciate this company. I ordered an activity center that was missing parts and was so frustrated. Sent an email and within 1hour the amazing Victoria replied and was trying to get the issue fixed, which she was able to. GoodBuy Gear will be my first stop when purchasing items for my little one. If you are having issues customer service will make it right.

Buying a travel stroller couldn’t have been easier! We got our stroller so quick! I had ordered another piece that we ended up not needing, I reached out to customer support to do a return before we left out of town. They responded almost immediately and helped me get my return sent back that same day my order arrived! We will for sure be ordering from them again!

We decided to purchase the cybex callisto g 360 in black based on reviews done by tiktok (which is hard to believe do to paid adv)not to mention it was labeled as “barely used,” and let me tell you their inspection team- TOP NOTCH! and their customer service- WONDERFUL COMMUNICATION! I expected nothing but the best before receiving it, and now that I have it in my hands- WOAH!!! the barely used looks like new! no stains, no odors, no scratches, and you know what? at an affordable price! If you speak spanish, what my tt video so you know what I am taking about regarding color and preservation- imashleymontiel. Loved the experience! I will be definitely buying my soon to be here daughter, her car seat hopefully cybex decides to come out with a new color so I can purchase it through here! Definitely give it a shot, I truly believe you won’t regret it.

I had a wonderful experience with this store. I purchased a baby item and everything was perfect — fast delivery and excellent quality. Unfortunately, the product later developed an issue, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding. The team responded quickly, was incredibly polite and attentive, and stayed in constant communication with me. The replacement process was smooth and completely stress-free. Everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. This is truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I will definitely continue shopping here and happily recommend this store to others.
