I have been with this company for the past 6 years or so, and never in that time have I dealt with such bullshit from this company. They are no longer communicating with me, and their service has been down for all of August. They provide no explanation to their customers and I have filed a BBB and FCC complaint and they are not even able to get in touch with them. I cannot cancel my account because I do not have a working phone thanks to them. I am extremely pissed at this company and will no longer be doing business with them. I have had enough crap in my life and I sure don't need more from a stupid phone company. Their lack of empathy and concern for their customers shows that they are a terrible business.

Service is still out.

For the past 7 years, I would have given Good2Go five stars. Their latest "upgrade" caused me to be without service for two weeks and, to make a bad situation worse, customer service has stopped responding to phone calls, emails, or messages through their website. Now, they won't even respond to a port request so I can move my number to a different carrier. This company should fined by the FCC and sued (class action) by all affected customers. Their incompetence and indifference has risen to the level of criminal negligence.

I paid for a full year of service on 2 lines in May 2026. In late July, I started having problems, by August 14 it was impossible to make or receive calls or SMS. The customer service phone number either rings busy, or switchs to a long hold before disconnecting. This company is the worst, I doubt they are still in business.

Changed networks so no choice there, required a new SIM card in less than a day. Mine didn't come for a week after the cutoff, and my parents still are not working. I got an email saying I needed to order SIM card to continue my service. The link they sent to order the Sim had a message that they were not accepting SIM orders, If you have elder loved ones avoid this and join me in the FCC complaint

Good2Go Mobile is going through a network "upgrade", and because of that, I have no phone connection for almost 2 weeks and counting. First problem was the service stopped before the replacement SIM arrived, then the replacement SIM could not be activated, then I tried to port out my phone number to another carrier and that has been dragging for 4+ days. The other carrier said Good2Go needs to manually release my phone number, and of course all my email, tickets, and phone call to Good2Go are not answered. Filed multiple FCC complaints and I am still waiting.

Since around August 11th, 2026, Good2Go service has been completely down. Customer service has not reachable by both email and phone from August 11th, - the date of this review, August 22nd, 2026. Good2Go states on their website that they are upgrading their service, but it appears Good2Go may have lost their partner contracts with AT&T and T-Mobile. In any case, will not be waiting and will be filing FCC and BBB Complaints and have already started the porting out process. Good2Go likely has legal exposure.

Like countless others have said, my phone connection is essentially being held hostage to their ineptitude. Was supposedly sent a physical SIM card around Aug 13 and here it is the 21st and nothing in the mail, an absolute inability to get a hold of them. This is criminal. It's shocking. I want my money back. I want my #@?! phone to work again. It's been over a week.
