I was able to get my refund by filing a complaint with my CC. I also filed a complaint with the FCC. I recommend everyone do the same. Good luck.

It has now been 35 days since Good2Go Mobile's recent service upgrade left both of my phone lines nonfunctional, and the situation remains unresolved. I have contacted customer support numerous times, but all I receive are automated responses promising, "We'll get back to you in one business day." No meaningful follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. To make matters worse, Good2Go Mobile charged me for an annual plan on one of the affected lines while the service was still down. I have repeatedly requested a refund, but those requests have also gone unanswered. With an upcoming international trip, I cannot afford to remain without reliable phone service. I have therefore initiated the process of transferring one of my numbers to another carrier. Unfortunately, the port-out is now blocked on Good2Go Mobile's end, leaving me unable to use the service I paid for or move my number elsewhere. This is beyond frustrating. Customers should not have to spend over a month chasing a company for service restoration, refunds, or the ability to transfer their own phone numbers. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will consider further escalation if this remains unresolved. Good2Go Mobile needs to take responsibility, promptly release my number for transfer, refund the payment for the unusable service, and provide a meaningful response. After 35 days of disruption and silence, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

For 2 months I do not have service. I called, no answer. The website to get SIM or activate is down. I emailed support everyday and no response. Basically, they stole my annual payment and ran off. Please avoid. **File an FCC complaint if you can. The more the better!!!
Hi D F.
Recent upgrade left me without a working sim card, replacement card never received. I have a year worth of service that is not being refunded and they are holding my number that I have had for the past 26 years hostage. Customer service loops you around and states things that are dead wrong and in terms of FCC rules, illegal

As customers of Good2Go Mobile, my wife and I have had no cell phone service for a month now. After making the decision to cut ties with Good2Go Mobile and joining a new cell phone service provider, we attempted to port our phone numbers. However, we're now waiting for about two weeks for that transfer to take place. In other words, Good2Go Mobile has yet to assist us with this transfer. In short, I cannot, in good conscience, ever recommend this company. In fact, I've informed others NOT to use this company. Although we've benefitted from the affordable cost, this lack of communication and problem-solving on this company's side is truly poor. At this point, I presume that this company is on its way to close, if not already. While I would've appreciated some sort of clear communication as a customer, it seems Good2Go Mobile has already moved on and left its customers to figure it out on our own. What an embarrassment of a business and company. You gotta do better.

Would give negative star. Lost high-speed data and I am in 2G data for weeks. Called the support multiple times and but the call never went through instead of waiting in the queue, and waste of my time. Seriously considering moving to a different carrier and "gift" the remaining balance back to Good2Go.

terrible terrible. Had interruptions in service, bad connectivity awful ineffective customer service for more than two years. Monthly "renewal" by email of service never shows the amount you are being charged. You have to check your bank statement or log into your account to see that. The last straw was when they completely went off-line for two days with no phone service at all and no way to reach them by phone or online. Absolutely unbelievably bad. After being unable to reach them to port my number over to a new carrier I was forced to change my number. By waiting more than eight hours on the phone over two days when they finally got themselves back online I got a hold of someone and canceled, I got into my account and canceled by email also. Two weeks later I am charged for renewal. Again called customer service and canceled . Again canceled by email and again asked for a confirmation of termination which I never got. The refund of my renewal has been pending in my bank account for three days so I will probably have to contact them again tomorrow and again make sure a refund has gone through and again ask for a confirmation. I really cannot stress enough how awful this company is

good2go mobile doesnt even deserve 1 star, no notice of cut off service, the customer service sucks, only 1 agent talking calls name yanas who cant speak english properly, the hold time was around 3.5 hrs, recently since many filed a complain with fcc, they changed the hold time to a voice mail, they are not responding to emails or returning any calls or messages, horrible service, been trying to port my phone # to another carrier and its been hostage status, no info about refund of the remaining months, fcc needs to step up, i hate being without a phone service for over a month, i want my old number back. terrible horrible service.
