I was looking for a basic plan while out of a job and being homebound. I live in the middle of a big city but 1/3 of the time I get no signal. I called customer service, he blamed it on my phone, Apple, and then blamed it on my plan. I ended up recording our conversation and he gave me an attitude for recording him because he was giving me false information. I called the customer service serveral times, and he was the only one that answered the phone. Do NOT use this company. I also got a LOT of weird calls after I signed up with them, which made me suspect my information was sold.

I will not go into detail as to my experience. They have lied to me so many times I have lost count. I still do not have cell service on my $800.00 phone despite the fact my number was ported to this company. They are not to be trusted to tell the truth on any subject. I should have stayed with my other company and I would be able to use my cell right now. If you do not mind frustration and lying try them out. Otherwise bypass them for another company and save yourself headaches. If you do call them watch out for Miriam, Daniel and supervisors named Stephanie and Christopher (they care not about their company's reputation)

I received my sim card but their online information and email information did not provide sufficient instructions on setting it up. I called tech support three times and each time the phone was picked up almost instantly by someone named Henry, who was unable to connect me with a manager or their tech support team. On the two days I called I was told I had totally separate issues, neither of which made any sense. The website and packaging of this service seems legitimate, but I can't help thinking this is somehow a scam. I have already asked to cancel my service and they said I could get a refund, though what for I don't know since I never had service and the sim wasn't charged for.

I was doing some looking around to save some money. Read a lot of bad reviews and some good. Seen that good2go was half the price for the same thing I had as AT&T. I purchased two good2go sim cards from the good2go website. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Customer service was amazing even though he couldn't help me because I made an mistake when putting in my information to port one of my number (I port one of my number and got a new number with the other). But I did send an email (understand I was doing all this 15 minutes to midnight) with the correct information that I made an mistake on (which customer service told me to call back in 30 minutes) I didn't call back I just went to sleep. Lo and behold I got an email back the following morning and service was good2go lol. Overall I'm truly happy with my switch they haven't throttled me yet and I know I've went well over a gb of data. I don't have hot spot anymore which they are a fairly new company so I'm not upset about that maybe they will get that feature maybe not idk but they have a forever customer with me!!

I don't use alot of data so with the excellent coverage I chose this company. The cost was 1/2 of my previous provider. To have network access other than phone and txt you need to edit APN settings on Android phones. I tried to do this but it was a verizon phone that had a block on editing. Good2go tech support gave me a trick to force the phone to allow editing (not sure it will work on all locked phones) but it did for me. Great fast tech support and very good service

I ordered a "good2go" SIM card and transferred my number to good2go. After I transferred my number, I could make phone calls but had no internet or messages. I had multiple conversations with them, on the same day and the day after, and the solution they offered is that they'll send a new SIM via mail, which will take a few days. Almost 24 hours later, still no SMS or internet, and it will take a few more days for them to resolve the issue. Obviously, I switch to another company. Summary: good2go is garbage.
