Thanks for your feedback, Nancy! We understand you'd like the ability to search for a term or phrase across multiple documents simultaneously. That's a great idea for improving efficiency. As a workaround, you can quickly combine your documents and then search for the term. Instructions for combining documents can be found here: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro%20Pro/000004487 We'll definitely pass this suggestion along to our development team for consideration in future updates. We're always looking for ways to enhance user experience, and your input is valuable.

We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience, Mark. Your frustration with persistent freezing is completely understandable. Your experience certainly does not meet the standard we aim for. Regarding your refund request, our policy allows for refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. We understand your purchase fell outside of this timeframe, which is why a refund was not issued. However, we would still like to try to help troubleshoot your issue. If you submit another ticket we will escalate this internally to investigate and try to find a resolution for you.
