Getting used to took time but much better useabiity now. The Following Issues I face 1. The Menu items, particularly in the print menus and others are very small and ilegible, maybe, due to my display settings, but the problem I am facing only in Nitro 2. The Menus may be provided with Colour themes for better visuals. 3. Where is UNDO button, Ctrl+ Z is also not working

No dark mode, after reaching out to customer service they said: "With version 13, there were options to customize the color of the menu bar, but these options have been removed for version 14. The product improvement board does have some threads open for dark mode/theme, if you would like to add a vote" Why on earth would you take away QOL features on a paid product? Even Foxit has dark mode and accomplishes most of what Nitro Pro does, while being freeware. Can't imagine the thought process here. Otherwise Nitro PRO is usable, if hard to look at.

Thank you for your candid feedback, Alex. We understand your frustration. We hear you and will pass this feedback along to our Product team.

Would like to be able to search for a term or phrase in multiple documents at the same time. For example, search for a term or phrase contained in all of the documents contained in a particular folder.
Response from Nitro Software, Inc.Jul 9, 2025
Thanks for your feedback, Nancy! We understand you'd like the ability to search for a term or phrase across multiple documents simultaneously. That's a great idea for improving efficiency. As a workaround, you can quickly combine your documents and then search for the term. Instructions for combining documents can be found here: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro%20Pro/000004487 We'll definitely pass this suggestion along to our development team for consideration in future updates. We're always looking for ways to enhance user experience, and your input is valuable.

I have had Nitro PDF editor for years with another company and LOVED the program. It has been a few years since I have used it, convinced my new employer to purchase Nitro and honestly have not had as good of an experience this go around. The program has changed and the use seems a little more difficult to navigate and the program keeps freezing and shutting down when viewing a file of any size. Disappointed that I pushed so hard to get this program again.

We're truly sorry to hear your return to Nitro hasn't been the great experience you remembered, especially with the freezing issues. Please reach out to our support team at https://help.gonitro.com/support so we can help troubleshoot and get you back to loving Nitro.
