TERIBBLE wrong size shoes sent now sending back will cost half the cost of the shoes.

Update: after I posted the review Golfetail refunded the rest of my money, updating to 3 stars. - Ordered two items, only one item arrived and had a note other was out of stock. I was returned only part of the items cost. Reached out to support and after going back and worth, they said it was because a discount code was applied to the least priced item which was out of stock. I asked why the code was not then applied to the other item and they stopped responding. Won't be shopping there again, should have looked at the reviews first.

Bought a 3 wood rescue club and it didn't perform as advertised. I have golfed for over 40 years and am known for hitting straight shots. This club always goes to the right no matter what I do and there is no refund for a product with this company once you have used it no matter how bad it is.

Awful customer service. Bought a brand new club that scratched off the surface on first shot and they denied returning. Will never use again. Back your products.

I ordered this Adidas t-shirt expecting a fresh, new item as described and pictured. What arrived was a T-shirt came in a clear plastic bag that was already ripped open. Inside was a bright white Adidas tee with two large, ugly black pen marks/lines right across the front. These aren't small flaws — they're big, thick, and impossible to miss on a white shirt. There's no way the shipper didn't see this before sealing and sending it. I paid full price for a brand new Adidas shirt and received damaged goods. The return process is now a hassle since I have to pay return shipping for their mistake. Complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and buy Adidas shirts from a reputable retailer like the official Adidas site, or Amazon with better seller ratings. This seller knows exactly what they're doing and it's shady. Never buying from them again. Avoid at all costs.

Tried to place an order, website doesn't allow you to add anything to cart, customer service says their 3rd party IT people confirm everything is working which it clearly is not. I have, as well as others tried different devices and browsers. Not a lot of effort on their end to rectify, so I took my business elsewhere.

No problems at all with ordering or transport.

Bought two pair of men's shorts using my normal size. The shorts were way to small. To return the shorts for a refund (since I was reluctant to trust the size) it was going to cost me $17.40 which was $10 more than I paid to ship them in the first place. What a rip off. Buyer beware.
