I received the golf shoes I ordered for my wife. They were shipped in the shoe box they came in- a piece of tape on the front and a label on top. the box of course was dented since they seem not to care about having repeat customers.I would suggest buying elsewhere, as I now will.

This is a hit or miss discount company. Have ordered many items, many have arrived without incident. Some items are very low quality if not named brands. My reason for writing is one of my last orders was listed as Brand Pebble Beach and when received was a discontinued brand I will not mention. When confronted, was given a dishonest answer, so will be a bit wary going forward ordering from them

Really enjoyed the mystery boxes until recently. These used to be $25 each and you had the chance to win a new driver. Recently these mystery boxes went up to $30. Ok that's fine, they used to have good items in there. Well ordered 2 for this past Father's Day and was really disappointed. Both boxes had the same exact stuff inside. Then to find out they sent 2 divot repair tools and a sleeve of golf balls. Why would I need 2 divot tools? Then 1 item is a sleeve of cheap golf balls. Could have easily bought these items for way less online. I really used to like Golf Etail but don't know what's happened to them lately. Seems they have fallen off so I won't be ordering these again. Fast shipping though if there's a plus

Neither dependable nor responsive. I enjoyed ordering the "mystery box" and waiting to see what I received. I figured these were end lots, seconds, or last years fashions. I was completely prepared to be disappointed. Most times the products received were a pleasant surprise. My problems were: 1. If you order always take the $4 USPS shipping because paying for UPS still gets USPS. 2. Once when I ordered and my order was canceled. The website said there was stock when I ordered but I was told the stock was gone. I was told I was called but my phone had no record of it. 3. My last order was for a "mystery box" with two polo shirts. I ordered two boxes (four shirts). I received two shirts (one Mystery Box) but was charged double. I called, but no response. I sent three emails over the course of a week, but no response. Keeping customers is always less expensive than getting new ones, a lesson this garage bound business has apparently not yet learned. Every one of my orders was more expensive than the previous one. Now I think my last order will be my last order. You takes your cards and you takes your chances!

I bought a pair of golf shoes to be delivered to Northern Ireland, UK. Cheap price. Somehow the shoes are being delivered to Erlanger KY. USA. A deliberate mistake?. As ever EBay and this companies ability to correct errors is non existent, and takes a huge amount of effort.

I bought a set of irons here and it was a good experience. So when I wanted a GPS I checked them out. Found a great deal on just the item I was looking for, and placed my order. I received the item in a timely manner, but it was not the item depicted I have tried to contact them numerous times through e-mail and phone but never received a response. Now I have invested money in a product that is like 1980's technology and useless to me.
