We had a great professional experience with Gold Star. No complaints.

Either your staffing model wasn't able to adjust for Covid or your call center hold times of 10, 15, 20+ minutes is horrid. In particular given your model that to setup online accounts you HAVE TO call in. Wired funds from Schwab or any Financial institution should be same day received which was not the case. Wired on 02/02/2021 and spoke to your call center as of 02/03/2021 and it's not in my account.

I was apprehensive moving a portion of my IRA into physical gold and silver. The number one concern was I live in Michigan the money arrives to Goldstar in Texas, I call my gold and silver guy in Minnesota we buy some gold and silver and then it gets shipped to a Depository in Delaware. Goldstar has been excellent all along in this process. I have access to my account 24/7 and get two paper statements annually. The annual fees are reasonable plus great customer service! By the way, my second concern was paying fees over spot to my gold and silver guy. but sometimes it takes money to make money! 5 Plus years from now those fees will mean nothing!!!
