Each representative that I spoke with was outstanding. They were not only very professional and extremely courteous; they went over-and-above for me. In setting up a new account and doing a full IRA transfer from another custodian, we had several hiccups that were unusual, such as repeated fax problems and more. In the midst of such a scenario, the exceptional customer service I received, from each representative of Gold Star, confirmed to me that I was making the right move to move to them. Even in the midst of a heavy volume of business right now, I received the kind of customer service, that speaks volumes of their professionalism and their intent to serve each client, with the utmost care, no matter how busy they are and no matter how many times they have to assist. In addition, their gracious and kind personalities really helped make what could have been a highly stressful situation, much more pleasant. I very highly recommend Gold Star. GoldStar's customer service is great! They reply and take action promptly. For example, I recently transferred my assets from my previous custodian to GoldStar. When I emailed GoldStar that the asset paperwork had arrived that day at their office, they emailed right back and confirmed receipt. And then the next day the asset showed up in my online account! With my old custodian, it would have taken at least 1 week, maybe 2, to do the same thing. So far, GoldStar's responsiveness and speed are wonderful!
