Very good customer service, but wait time was longer than expected.

They don't answer the phone, they don't process payments, and as soon as you think you're done paying fees, another one pops up. They can't answer the phone, because they are having "difficulties" and unless you are rolling money IN, there will be no one to help you. It's a do it yourself company. Don't say you weren't warned.

I could not speak with any one. You sent me a secure link over the holidays and by the time I got to it it and expired. I could not reply, since you sent it "no reply". My prior custodian and broker sent you money and you did not notify me. I do not have a person I can send an email to and I want to proceed. Help

The support and patience from Lilian Ruiz was stellar. She helped me along the way getting my roll-over through. Lots of hurdles to jump dealing with the original retirement company. Lily never gave up and supported me all the way.
