Quick process once I cleared hurdles from my financial partner Etrade.

I talked with James from Birchgold. Always called when said he would and I would receive a text informing me he would call. I really liked how he explained to me the process and the metals I invested in. I admit I was real hesitant at first with the whole process. But after talking with James the transfer went very smooth for my gold IRA. I feel like I’m in good hands and they will be there for me if I have questions. I also was impressed how fast the paperwork was sent via DocuSign. Everything went smooth.
