I have not felt any “real” changes but your customer service providers are some of the best I’ve dealt with. Responses to my emails have been answered in a timely manner and I’d like to give a shout out to ELLA - quick to reply and very helpful!

I have had them for several months but…
I have had them for several months but have just started using them. So far I like them and and getting more benefits than I did from my previous magnesium.

Double billed, quickly fixed
I had recently ordered some supplements from Gold Seal which were received in good order, but I noticed what appeared to be double billing on my credit card statement. I emailed their customer service department figuring it would be a few days before anyone would get back to me. Much to my surprise, Jake got back to me in less than 5 minutes!! After a few more emails back and forth, problem solved!! All in less than an hour!! Jake gets 5 gold stars in my book!!

I’ve found that I have more energy…
I’ve found that I have more energy during the day & less brain fog. I’m hoping the longer I use it the more benefits I’ll see & feel.

I needed to change my subscription payment method.
I had a question regarding my payment method on a subscription, so I had to contact customer support. Jake returned my email with all of the requested subscription information in under 5 minutes and helped me sort out what I needed to do to change my payment method. Jake was extremely easy to work with and very efficient!
