Fraud Alert
Fraud Alert! Very deceptive business practices. I bought supplements one time back in March. I noticed yesterday that they have been charging my card every month $49.99. I had to contact my bank and get new cards. Gold Seal said they have been billing me for a membership to access their discounts??? In my opinion, there supplements are poor quality. I’m having a lab in Florida test them.

Jake is a great customer service rep
The only one who does their job in this company is Jake. I sent 5 emails and left 4 messages to get resolution of a subscription I didn’t want. After 3 weeks and my credit card company intervening, I got a response and immediate follow up responses from Jake. The product hasn’t made much difference in 6 weeks of taking it. Other than Jake, their customer service is non existent. He deserves a raise for doing a job no one else cares to do…responding to customer concerns.
