The supplement gave me diarrhea. I requested a refund. I was offered a 70% refund which I accepted, disappointedly. Your website says 30 day money back guarantee. 70% is money back but it's not what I expected. The excuse from your company is you are saving me from the trouble of returning the product.

Confusing statement: I planned to buy 3 and get 3 free but when I reviewed my billing statement it stated $149.70. At $24.95 per bottle = $149.70 which is no discount. Sounds like a marketing scam. I also read that it’s American made and 3rd party tested yet it ships from out of the country according to another buyer who had similar problems with pricing. The whole process seems planned to deceive the buyer. Chinese product and Chinese marketing?

Once I received the product I emailed your customer support twice asking for confirmation that I hadn’t been put on a subscription. Nobody ever bothered to answer. I have noticed no improvement whatsoever on my sleep. I probably won’t otder again.

I was hornswoggled in the ordering process. No ‘cart’ or ‘total’ or ‘review your order’ EVER appeared and I ended up, unbeknownst to me, with 2 orders totaling over $200 with NO option to retrieve or cancel it. The first peep I heard from them was the first charge to my credit card alert that I didn’t even know the sum of. And I only received one of the orders I was charged for. It has been a nightmare:( The product is decent and seems to help my thinking and sleeping. I shared some with my son. I will never use their ordering process again, but I am grateful for the benefits of the product I received. They did issue a 30% refund, so I’m glad not to have paid the exorbitant original amount. Lesson learned:)

I have tried to several times, but was up charged from $29.99 to 99.00 each time. Tried to cancel but keep keeping a notice about order still being open. Unless I can get this corrected immediately and all extra charges removed I will have no choice but to report this to BBB and Ag's office. I will need an invoice showing the corrections. It seems there are several order numbers so I am not sure how many orders you have processed .

Well I found their website on Google discovery and I was looking for a magnesium supplement and there was an ad for them so I went to their website which is gold seal supplement. I ordered two bottles and they charged me for three. The order should have been $66 not $99 and I've tried to contact them through the phone and also their website email for customer service and have gotten no answer other than they are processing my order. This is not a good start. So what I'm saying is buyer beware of this company because they are not responsive at all.

I ordered three bottles of their magnesium glycinate/get three free. When I went to check out, I was being charged for six bottles. I called them and left a message two weeks ago, no response. Also reaponded to one of their emails a few days later with no response. I may be sending everything back once received.
