This is a followup on the mess. Today I get a message that the order for their crap, some of which I did not even order, was being shipped and is on its way, after I told them at least three times, going back over three days ago, that I did not want it and wanted the order cancelled. So they shipped it anyway. They not only used fraudulent low pricing to get me to order, but then charged me full price and slapped on some stuff that I did not want also at full price. Then after demanding they cancel this bogus order, they ignored me and they shipped it anyway.

I’ve been charged twice, for more than it should have been! 3 x$24.95, plus $7.95 shipping… charged me $179.+ TWO TIMES! Immediate refund expected!

I placed one order for Gold Seal Magnesium in August 2026 and had a bad experience with this supplement. I did not plan to order again. Then, in September 2026, I was automatically charged and sent another Magnesium supplement. When I contacted their customer service, I explained that I did not sign up or automatic refills and that I wanted my account cancelled and the charge refunded. There customer service responded that they would refund the charge and cancel my account, they did refund this charge, but evidently did not cancel my account because they shipped another order of the Magnesium and billed me for it again in October. I am sooo frustrated at this point. I went to my account via the link they sent me and made sure my "Subscription" status was canceled (which it is) but they have refused to refund the October order. I have filed a disupte for this charge with my bank. I have continued to email their customer service and I either get a circular response like use this link to cancel the subscription (I have already done so and it shows as canceled) or I am told that it is canceled, yet I continue to be charged and receive shipments I don't want. It is illegal for companies to charge your credit card without our permission. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General and the BBB. My experience with this company has been a NIGHTMARE!! Beware!

This is a ripoff company. Their Astaxanthin is not as good as as other brands. Plus I had ordered 4 bag and less than a month they were trying to send me more. But I told them I didn’t want it but they won’t take it back. Don’t buy anything I tried to cancel but the would never send me a code so I could log in to my account.

Social media provides endorsement by Harold Brennan a retired coroner, but the ad links to a social media profile for a female Carol Jones. I googled and went to the website and do not see an endorsement from Harold Brennan. I requested to cancel my order in full and am waiting to see if they will honor that. If the company can provide information or statement confirming the Harold Brennan endorsement, I will change this to a 5 star and remove this. But currently I’m worried because the ad was deceptive and I have not found anything corroborating that endorsement. I would think if an MD was endorsing the product the MD endorsement should appear on other platforms such as the main website.

Do not purchase from this company! They are a scam! I was kind of leary about purchasing the magnesium cause its so expensive but the magnesium came with (at the time) a 90 day money back guarantee. So i figured i would give it a try. After using the magnesium for about a month with no results (no better sleep! Several migraines) I found out i was toxic in B6 & had to stop all products with B6 in them. I tried contacting the company to return the product. Called, emailed, filled out their online form. Several attempts to contact them with no reply. They just ignore you! I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. & emailed the company some more. They finally replied saying they will try to help.. but then claimed i was out of the return window so thy can't do anything. It hadn't even been 90 days yet. They claimed "oh, that's outdated, they only have a 30 day guarantee " I had screenshot to prove otherwise. So then they offered 25% back, I said no, I would like to return for a full refund as promised in the original guarantee. After a few back & forth emails with them offering only a percentage back. They finally agreed to give a full refund but said they can't because my credit card company put a hold on the money. I called my credit card company & they released the funds. Gold Seal Supplements claims they still don't have access to it. I believe they are just lying through their teeth. Just like they did with the original 90 day guarantee. They switched it to 30 days now. But really, they will just ignore your calls & emails till 30 days has passed. This company is very unethical. Does not keep their promises.

I was very unhappy with the communication from the company from the time I placed my order to a few days ago when I finally received an email stating my order had shipped (end of June until mid October). I cancelled the order and ERVI was extremely helpful and understood my frustration. ERVI was very prompt with communication and good customer service!!

The supplement were as described on site, but I did not find them anymore beneficial than ones a way cheaper price. The problem is have with company is they do not honor their refund policy on their website. I have tried getting a refund before item was shipped, they shipped anyway. Tried offering me all kinds of discounts then told me when order arrived to process refund. I waited for delivery and started refund now they trying to give me a site credit which is against their refund policy published on their site. I would recommend staying away from this company and thier shady tatics.
