Not a trustworthy company
After over 2 weeks of unreturned emails and calls (no one ever answers the phone) I wrote a review here because of a subscription I was unknowingly signed up for, and an upsale that was added my order that was not requested. They finally responded to my review saying that they would cancel the subscription but said nothing about the add-on order. They add things without your knowledge or consent and then won’t respond when you want to return them. I refuse to pay for something I did not want and wonder what kind of company has to secretly add things to your order in order for them to prosper. If their sales aren’t trustworthy, then I can’t imagine their products are any better. I will not stop until I get satisfaction but strongly suggest everyone else look elsewhere for supplements.
