Gold Seal's Customer Service
I am happy with Gold Seal's Magnesium Complete capsules. Yet my recent experience with Gold Seal Supplement's was a technical error, sending + charging me repeatedly for the same Order. I now have an abundance of Magnesium Complete. Yet upon my bringing this to GS Customer Service Representative ELLA, she notified me how she would be straightening this out to my satisfaction, showing Outstanding care and service.

Magnesium Complete
Your customer service is great. I just haven't seen any difference with using tbe Magnesium Complete. Might just be my body chemistry.

Ella was very helpful and I appreciate her response. Unfortunately, I've been trying to get a response from your company for about three weeks. I sent several emails that never received a reply. I like the product so far. And would like to continue to use it. However, if I cannot count on any kind of communication, then I don't see how I will be able to continue to buy your product.

This company never answers the phone…
This company never answers the phone number provided or returns calls. It ignores emails to their customer service contact information. It is impossible to cancel the subscription that I must not have seen the fine print that I signed up for. I had to cancel my credit card to stop getting new charges or product. The product did not solve my sleep issues so the chances of collecting their 90 day money back guarantee is 0%😡

I wasn't sure the company was legit
I want sure the company was legit, but I went ahead with entering my information. However, a glitch on the website overs when I entered my city. I tried many times to correct the problem but to mojo avail. So I found a support email and heard back the same day from JAKE! He was terrific! Checked my order and made sure it was successful!⁴3

I started using the magnesium product a month ago with great success. Sleeping better through the night. My first order was a 6 month supply, but within 3 weeks I got another bottle shipped to me and 3 weeks later a email that I got another email that another bottle would be shipped in 2 days. I reached out to Ella at Gold Seal to stop sending me product I don’t need. She got it delayed until December. Thanks for your help, Ella!

Problem with your billing department!
I am not sure yet if this new kind of magnesium is helping me, but I bought some to give it a try because it sounded promising. However, I found two charges for my initial order. $50.94 and $118.97. Then, a month later, they sent more bottles, and charged me $57.90! I emailed them that I was not at all ready for more botttles. Now, a month later, I received an email saying that ANOTHER order was being sent and charged to me! I wrote back that I didn't want any more, but I just receied a notice that it's been sent. I never would have ordered at all if I knew this would happen.
