searching high and low for…
I have been searching high and low for a brand of magnesium that will alleviate my leg cramps that I experienced in the middle of the night. I started taking these as directed and it did not help so I am now taking twice the dose recommended and it only works 50% of the time.

I had accumulated too many bottles…
I had accumulated too many bottles ahead in my subscription. I asked if they could stop it for a while while I caught up. Iris was wonderful in changing the date for my next subscription shipment. I am so appreciative!

Mixed Experience, but Excellent Customer Service from Iris
My overall experience with Gold Seal Supplements was mixed. There were significant issues with the ordering and fulfillment process, including incorrect charges and shipments arriving after my order had been canceled and fully refunded. However, I do want to specifically recognize Iris in Customer Support. Iris provided five-star 🌟 customer service. She was courteous, responsive, and helpful in resolving my concerns, and I greatly appreciated the way she handled the situation. While I cannot give the overall transaction five stars because of the problems that occurred, Iris herself absolutely deserves five stars 🤩 for her assistance.
