I have high praise for this company as some companies selling vitamin supplements on line are less than honest. This company was completely honest with me. I ordered a bottle of the Magnesium Complete which came to me on time. Because I take meds that could have interaction issues I talked to my doctor and found out this supplement was ok to take. There was some confusion as to if I ordered a subscription or not with my initial order as I have plenty of the product still left. Ella answered my email promptly and cleared things up and cancelled a subscription for me. Some of these companies lack great customer service and communications, not Gold Seal which is refreshing to know. I will re-order from them as need be because the product is very good and does what it says it will do.
