They’re equally as good as the multi…
They’re equally as good as the multi magnesium I was taking before, but I have not noticed any of the positive effects you mentioned in your ad.

I’ve been using it for about three…
I’ve been using it for about three weeks now. The biggest thing I noticed is that I don’t feel as wired before bed. I still have stressful days, but I calm down quicker than before.
