Unfortunately for me
Unfortunately for me, the product didn't agree with my body. I started noticing after I take the magnesium I would get cramps, so I had to stop taking them. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful they gave me back 50% of the purchase price and said I didn't need to send the remaining product back. They were very understanding and helpful. I would have given a five star had I been able to continue with the product, but customer service was why I gave at least a 4 star.

I did not to my recollection request a…
I did not to my recollection request a subscription. If I did it was due to ordering confusion by manufacturer. They are not being cooperative as they will not cancel my subscription after first bottle ordered which was the only one I wanted. I cannot afford monthly orders. I think their ordering tactics are deceptive. It may be a good product but I don’t want to receive it automatically. I will accept first shipment. Future orders will be ordered as needed and able to afford

Great Customer Service
I haven't been using the product long enough yet to see the true benefits. I was using another magnesium product previously and had product to use up before making the switch. I would however like to give a shout-out to ELLA from customer service who was so helpful in making a change to my account to delay further shipments until I could use up my current supply. She was prompt, courteous and explained in detail what she was able to do to help me out. Kudos! I was a customer service professional for a manufacturing company for many years & great customer service is difficult to come by these days!

Gold Seal should communicate…
This company could communicate with its customer base and not just focus on the sales. Returning calls and emails would be a great start. I requested a response 7 times without any response.

I received very good service from…
I received very good service from someone named Ervi. They cancelled my subscription at my request without any hassles whatsoever. I also have been taking the magnesium for almost a month and it seems to be working great. I have obtained complete relief from my leg cramps at night.

I need to return my shipment unopened …
I need to return my shipment unopened i am not working right now and I understand their is a 30 day window to send back the product. I need to cancel the auto shipping i cannot afford it please help my apologies.
