I love the variety of games

I like this site because they have fun slot games to play from the comfort of my home. And customer service is pretty cool I probably done won like maybe 4 or 5 times since playing here I believe but website is pretty awesome.

This place has gone downhill big time. No longer any live games but some lesser blackjack tables. Rtp is abysmal on slots. I'm deleting my account after submitting this review, & seriously considering my first chargeback ever. GoldMachine is truly awful. They used to have roulette & game shows, etc. No more Evolution provider, just crap rtp slots & digital card blackjack lol. If I'm going to play blackjack, & I surely am, it'll be at a place with a dealer, not digital cards. There's a reason they email daily & offer 140% promotions. They're crap, lol. Looking forward to never receiving another email from "Anna" & wouldn't spend another cent here if it was the only game in town. Thankfully, I have about 50 other places to choose from. I feel stupid, not for losing, but for patroning this rtp manipulated slot den.

First of all I love this site. I love the games. I won almost immediately. I put in to redeem on a Friday and the money was in my account on Tuesday. They say 3-5 business days so it was a nice surprise to get it so quick. I highly recommend Gold Machine!

Dead spins off $60. Paid less than when a win finally came 90% of the time. Wouldn’t recommend. Will never try again!

Customer support member Vincent is very good at his job. He kept me informed of my redemption. It only took around 24 hours to get the money in my account, and this was my first redemption. Also, gold machine has a great variety of games to choose from.

Redeemed over 750 and been waiting over 8 business days and only received the first 250$ redemption.No support from chat call you get is a automated response that it could take 30 minutes up to 10 business days

I chose to play on Gold Machine specifically because of their advertised fast debit card redemption times, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. On July 14, I won 500 SC. Since my account is limited to 250 SC per redemption per day, I redeemed the first 250 SC on July 14. It was approved and paid in about an hour, exactly as expected. On July 15, I submitted my second 250 SC redemption. Instead of being processed within the timeframe advertised on their website, it has remained pending for days. When I contacted customer support multiple times, I received the same generic response stating that redemptions can take up to 10 business days depending on the approval queue. The problem is that this directly contradicts Gold Machine’s own Rewards FAQ. Their FAQ states that Debit Card Redemptions are “approved within 30 minutes to 2 hours” and that funds are generally credited immediately. That fast payout time is one of the main reasons I chose to play on this site. When I pointed out this discrepancy, support claimed that the 30 minutes to 2 hours only begins after the 10-business-day approval period, which is not what their FAQ says. If there is an additional approval queue that can last up to 10 business days, it should be clearly disclosed instead of advertising a 30-minute to 2-hour approval time. I’m not upset because I wasn’t paid instantly—I’m frustrated because the published redemption policy doesn’t match the experience or the explanation customer support is providing. Players deserve accurate information before deciding where to spend their money. I hope Gold Machine either honors the redemption time they advertise or updates their FAQ to reflect the actual process. As of today, July 20th, 2026 my redemption remains pending. I will gladly update this review if Gold Machine resolves the issue and aligns its redemption process with its published policy.
