I verified my account and redeemed. I was informed it could take 1-10 business days even though I paid a fee to get it sooner. So I got ahold of customer service. They said it would take 24 hours. The next day rolls around, same thing. Another 24 hours. Vincent was no help. I’m still irritated and waiting. It hasn’t even been approved yet. This is a joke. Would not recommend unless you don’t mind waiting forever for you winnings.

Definitely do not recommend playing here! I’ve been waiting since Sunday for my redemption. I always verify my account before I start playing on any site , so that’s not an issue . It’s supposed to be fast redemption especially using a debit card. I’ve been getting the same “it’s next in the queue or it’ll be looked at within 24hrs” but it’s way past 24hrs and yet still nothing. The craziest part is it’s only $100! I’ve pls on multiple sites and receive $1,000’s within days , better yet HOURS. I will not be playing on this site anymore after this because this is ridiculous.

I have just had a day of confusing problems here on goldmachine that I will admit is still not resolved but I had to give credit where it's due with my support, Vince, who stuck with me until he saw that what I have an issue with was and is still a problem that was founded in a confusing mess of numbers. Vince stuck with me though when most other platform supports would have left the conversation hanging. So thanks for that Vince, it's very appreciated. And as for the platform, it's a fun place and up until today I have enjoyed every sec I've played on it. So with 1 hiccup that I'm almost positive will be resolved in no time, since my support has been so great, overall I will say that i recommend Goldmachine to anyone as a place to play sweepstakes.

Let me begin with saying if I could give a zero star or a negative star I would the fact that they charge a processing fee of $7.50 to withdraw $250 not to mention that you're only allowed one withdrawal a day at a maximum of 250 is absolutely insane and for it not to be instant and to tell me that it could take 10 business days do yourself a favor do not play here too many other places to play that are indeed instant and do not charge these ridiculous fee amounts and put a daily cap on your withdrawal because of your VIP level not a good way to get players to come back this place is absolute trash!!

I was told my ID was expired after the scan. Far from it with an exp date of 2031. Vince from support reached out literally within minutes. Gave me another form to submit my photos and had it all fixed 60 seconds later. Cream of the crop customer service
