The first two redemptions a long time ago were very fast but now it’s going to be a week waiting for other pending redemptions I have… the customer service is nice and everything but it doesn’t make sense so much time if all the information is the same and I haven’t change anything. I hope i receive my redemptions this week cause it’s been too much time for no reason. UPDATE: I did received my redemptions but still they shouldn’t be taking that long.

Extremely poor experience. I sent a USDC payment over Polygon and the transaction was successfully confirmed on-chain, but my purchase was never credited. Support has repeatedly told me they are “waiting on their payment processor” while providing no meaningful update, resolution, or timeframe. At this point I would strongly caution anyone considering using Gold Machine. A confirmed crypto transaction should not disappear into a customer-service black hole.
