PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This company is the biggest scam I've ever dealt with. I moved from CA to FL. They said it would take 10 to 20 days. We were moving into a new home so we stayed in a hotel for almost 30 days until the furniture arrived. It cost me a lot of money for my family to stay in a hotel and eating out everyday. No communication at all. Then they said I owed them another $2330.00 when the truck showed up. Either the estimator was an idiot and incompetent or they scammed me. How could they have missed so much stuff. I only moved on bedroom set and two sofas. I finally told them I had contacted my attorney and then they said it was being loaded on a truck and ready to leave CA. They dropped my goods off and left half of the boxes outside and left without telling me. They lost a $1500.00 Ethan Allen chest and several broken items. My attorney is contacting the Bureau of Household Goods and the States Attorney’s Office. No one should have to endure what my family has gone through. Please, if you are considering using this company, please contact me at 408-891-4000

With all due respect to the client perhaps if he had READ CAREFULLY any of his move documentation he would not have had such a difficult move experience. 1.) All Long Distance delivery services are made on a flexible basis with an estimated arrival time: 0 - 500 miles: 0 - 6 business days. 501 - 1000 miles: 1 - 10 business days. 1001 - 1500 miles: 2 - 14 business days. 1501 - 3300 miles: 3 - 21 business days. This is on the client's contract. His move distance was 2806 miles. He provided 5/8 as his FADD (first available delivery date) per his contract it says " PICK UP AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Pickup and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the optional Premium Guaranteed Service (P.G.S.) is purchased. Standard Service (S.S.) period is up to a maximum of thirty business weekdays, not including storage time, beginning on the first date indicated as available for delivery (not the date of pickup). The date indicated as 1st available for delivery is the first date of the delivery window and not the promised delivery date" The client's account shows contact by phone and text AT LEAST once a week regarding delivery of his items. The client had access to his new home and chose to stay with his family at a hotel and eat out every meal. Many clients have to occupy their new residence without furnishings unfortunately this is part of the moving process. As the client stated in his post we agree : READ CAREFULLY your documents.
