Golden denim‘s team got everything situated and I also ended up saving some money on the shipping using their help! I will never buy Golden Denim Men's again. They do a bait and switch. The picture on the website was a great wash. The $120 Jean was a budget wash. DON'T GET SUCKERED AND BUY ANY JEANS FROM THEM. YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY. TOO MANY OTHER WEBSITES TO BUY FROM LIKE EMBELLISH ETC!!!!

I bought two expensive pairs of jeans from Golden Denim. Never again. The first had a waist that was literally 5 inches too large for the size. The second pair had the front button snapped off when it arrived, and the back label was so poorly stitched on that it was falling off. It came out of the package like that. For $130 jeans. I cannot believe they would ship products this poorly made. This is after the order was over a week late to be mailed. I emailed for a refund. It's been 3 days and I've heard nothing.

It is now July 17th and I have yet to hear anything despite me contacting them through email a few times. All I know is that my order had been placed but since then I have received nothing. It would be nice if Customer Service was a little more attentive to its customers. I really want to give GOLDN a nice review but I am unable to at this moment.
