No communication
Have not recieved order. Cannot contact them, do not reply to emails, phone is switched off. Have not replied to Instagram message. Have had to get bank involved. Finally recieved package, though they never replied to my request, no updates on delivery, no apologies for poor customer service. All they have done is contact trust pilot for me to review my review, saying thst don't think it's relevant, well this is me reviewing my review

We are a US-based company and have not shipped to Great Britain in quite sometime, which suggests your experience was with a different business.
