I regularly shop with brands and stores like Valabasas, MNML, CultureKings & FSFNYC, always had smooth experiences with fast shipping and solid customer service. I decided to try GoldenDenim to see how they compare, but the experience has been disappointing. I’ve waited far too long with no communication or movement. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this one earned it. Atp I’m over it they can keep it 👎🏽
Keep it coo Keep it I.
They are thieves Spent $125 on a pair of jeans on April 4th it's April 16th as of writing this and they never shipped them even baught the package protection. I tried contacting them for an update called numerous times just rang rang and rang than went to voice-mail. Tried the help chat gave them my order number and they just stopped responding. They seem to be ignoring me. Update: They contacted me back to say the order was cancelled and that if I want to re order them I half to pay with PayPal took them 2 weeks to let me know the order was canceled customer service service is a joke!

Hi, We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience. Your order was automatically flagged by our system due to a potential security concern, which is why it was placed on hold. As a brand that takes fraud prevention seriously — for the protection of both our customers and ourselves — we followed up by canceling the order and fully refunding the payment to the original method. We did reach out to offer PayPal as a more secure payment option, and we’re still happy to help you complete your purchase that way if you're still interested. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure safe, secure shopping for all customers. Thank you, The GOLDEN Team

i ordered a pair of jeans for $180.00 from golden denim and did not receive them . I contacted the company and provided video of the day and time that they said the item was delivered and wasn’t and they wrote back asking me to contact them back in a few days if I still haven’t received the item. I contacted the company again after not receiving the jeans and they never responded.

Hi Markeda, Thank you taking the time to share your experience with GOLDEN and we apologize for you not receiving your product. If we may, the order was delivered and the product was received. The video that was sent over depicts just that. The video also shows moments later an individual walking up and taking the package from your front porch. How can we be held responsible for doing what you asked us to do. Which is ship an order to an address that you provided. This is a prime example of why we encourage all our customers to opt in the Route shipping protection which is no more than couple of dollars & is automatically added to your cart. For instances just like these. We'd be more than happy to help in resolving this matter & have tried since then. We're just puzzled on how you can hold us responsible for a random individual walking up and taking a package from your front porch. Again, we’d be more than happy to help with replacing the item. We just need our attempts to go unheeded. Thank you. GOLDEN

I will never buy Golden Denim Men's again. They do a bait and switch. The picture on the website was a great wash. The $120 Jean was a budget wash. DON'T GET SUCKERED AND BUY ANY JEANS FROM THEM. YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY. TOO MANY OTHER WEBSITES TO BUY FROM LIKE EMBELLISH ETC!!!!

Hi Joel, Thank you for your kinds words and we're terribly sorry that the wash was not to your liking. We can guarantee that we have never or will ever do a bait & switch. We use the best fabric thats available to us and work with some of the best wash houses in Los Angeles. On top of that we only take pictures of the product once all the of shipment has arrived. We do this so that we can avoid any discrepancies. We kindly ask you to please bear in mind that all pictures are shot in a professional setting with a professional photographer using a professional camera. However, we do apologize for any inconveninces this might have caused you and would love to make it up to you if given the opportunity. Thank you again, GOLDEN.

I bought two expensive pairs of jeans from Golden Denim. Never again. The first had a waist that was literally 5 inches too large for the size. The second pair had the front button snapped off when it arrived, and the back label was so poorly stitched on that it was falling off. It came out of the package like that. For $130 jeans. I cannot believe they would ship products this poorly made. This is after the order was over a week late to be mailed. I emailed for a refund. It's been 3 days and I've heard nothing.

It is now July 17th and I have yet to hear anything despite me contacting them through email a few times. All I know is that my order had been placed but since then I have received nothing. It would be nice if Customer Service was a little more attentive to its customers. I really want to give GOLDN a nice review but I am unable to at this moment.

THIS COMPANY IS A FREAKING JOKE! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE. JUST WHEN YOU THINK YOUR GOING TO GET YOUR ORDER BY SENDING YOU A TRACKING #. IT'S ALL A LIE!!!!!!!! ONCE YOU GET A TRACKING # THERE IS NEVER ANY STATUS CHANGES FOR IT. YOU WILL GO MANY MANY MANY DAYS WITHOUT ANY UPDATES AND YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE YOUR ORDER!
