i ordered a pair of jeans for $180.00…
i ordered a pair of jeans for $180.00 from golden denim and did not receive them . I contacted the company and provided video of the day and time that they said the item was delivered and wasn’t and they wrote back asking me to contact them back in a few days if I still haven’t received the item. I contacted the company again after not receiving the jeans and they never responded.

The video that was sent over depicts just that. The video also shows moments later an individual walking up and taking the package from your front porch. How can we be held responsible for doing what you asked us to do. Which is ship an order to an address that you provided. This is a prime example of why we encourage all our customers to opt in the Route shipping protection which is no more than couple of dollars & is automatically added to your cart. For instances just like these. We'd be more than happy to help in resolving this matter & have tried since then. We're just puzzled on how you can hold us responsible for a random individual walking up and taking a package from your front porch. Again, we’d be more than happy to help with replacing the item.
