Gold And Silver OnlineReviews of goldandsilveronline.com

I am fully satisfied with the product and delivery.

Placed and order at extremely volatile time for the market. The company's stuff was able to handle that in an extremely professional manner, honor the price (regardless of the fact the the price changed dramatically next day) and were able to deliver the items extremely fast. And their prices are the best out there. Strongly recommend them!

First time buying metals on line. Gold and Silver Online was the first place I looked based on a recommendation from a friend and was pleased from the start. Their prices were the best and shipping was reasonable. I received my order promptly and will likely order again.

Excellent service and no bs. Price locked immediately after you confirm your order and you receive product in about one week. Couldn't ask for more, except for the most competitive price, and they have that.

I am looking forward to continued business.

The transaction for the silver coins we purchased went as described. The customer service representative was helpful and courteous.

There was some complication with my purchase that made me be in contact with the company quite a lot. I must say that they were very responsive and on top of the situation at all time. I've dealt mainly with Eric, and he always managed to get back to me in a timely manner (even on busy days he would let me know that i'm being taking care of) i got my silver in superb packaging (although i trusted the company and it's merchandise to be authentic, but as a first time silver owner i decided to do a random chemical/acid test and all is cool) i will definitely look forward in buying more in the future. Thanx Eric Y.K.

This was my second purchase from GS. Once the payment was confirmed, I saw the coins in three days. Very eased so far and would not hesitate to use again.
